1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Creatr (“Creatr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about visitors to getcreatr.com and any other sites that link to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join our waitlist, request a build, or contact us, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and any details you provide about your project.

Information collected automatically

When you visit getcreatr.com, our infrastructure and analytics tools automatically collect technical information, including: IP address, user agent, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geolocation derived from IP. We also collect Core Web Vitals measurements (LCP, INP, CLS, FCP, TTFB) to monitor site performance.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, understand how visitors use our content, and — for U.S. visitors — to identify the businesses and individuals visiting our site so that we can follow up about Creatr’s services.

3. Tools and service providers we use

The following service providers process information about visitors on our behalf. Each is engaged under a written agreement that limits their use of the data to the purposes described here.

PostHog (product analytics + session replay)

We use PostHogto understand how visitors navigate the site. PostHog captures pageviews, clicks, scroll behavior, and event-level interactions, and sets cookies on the visitor’s device.

PostHog also records session replays — a video-like reconstruction of mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and DOM changes during a visit. Form input values are masked by default(the contents of name, email, phone, and similar fields are not recorded), but page text and element interactions are visible to us. We use replays to debug user-experience issues and to understand where the site is unclear. You can read PostHog’s privacy practices in their privacy policy.

We only create a PostHog person profile after you submit a form on the Site (waitlist or partners). Before that, your session is recorded against an anonymous, randomly-generated identifier.

RB2B (B2B visitor identification — U.S. only)

We use RB2Bto identify business visitors located in the United States so that we can follow up about Creatr’s services. RB2B uses IP ringfencing to resolve only U.S. traffic and matches traffic against its proprietary, fully-permissioned publisher network — it does not identify visitors outside the U.S.

RB2B disclosure (per RB2B’s requirements): When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or online profiles. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these emails or profiles. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

EU/UK residents may additionally opt out at https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

Google Analytics 4 (web performance)

We send aggregated Core Web Vitals measurements to Google Analytics 4 via the Measurement Protocol so that we can monitor and improve site performance. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare (infrastructure)

getcreatr.com is delivered through Cloudflare for content delivery, security, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare automatically processes connection data (including IP address). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Email and CRM

When you submit your details through a form on this site, we store and process those details in our internal CRM and email systems for the purpose of responding to you and providing the service you requested.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve getcreatr.com.
• Respond to inquiries, process waitlist requests, and deliver the services you ask us to deliver.
• Contact business visitors in the United States about Creatr’s services, where permitted by law.
• Measure site performance and product analytics.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases for processing personal data are: (a) your consent, where you have given it (for example, by submitting a form); (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site; and (c) compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing of information

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (listed in Section 3).
• Legal and safety — when required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Use of cross-context behavioral identifiers (such as the RB2B integration described above) may be considered a “sale” or “share” under California and certain other U.S. state privacy laws. See your rights below.

7. Your rights

California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may request to know, delete, correct, or limit use of their personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: California residents may opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing the address above and by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout (RB2B opt-out). Our site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.

EU/UK/Swiss residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Other U.S. states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention windows of each tool listed in Section 3 (typically 12–26 months for product analytics).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Creatr is based in the United States. If you access getcreatr.com from outside the U.S., information you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

11. Children

getcreatr.com is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, provide more prominent notice.
